A Southwest Style Sweet Tomatoes Meal Under 700 Calories

Salad

2 cups romaine

2 tbsp carrots

1/4 cup red cabbage

2 tbsp corn

1/4 cup bell pepper

4 grape tomatoes

2 tbsp kidney beans

2 tbsp cheddar cheese

2 tbsp jalapeños

1 tbsp black olives

1 fl oz Fat-Free Ranch Dressing

Soup

8 fl oz Deep Kettle Chili with 1 tbsp cheddar cheese & 1 tsp white onion

Sides

1 apple

1 Cheesy Garlic Focaccia with 1 tsp jalapeños on top

Drink

Iced Tea with lemon
