HOW DO YOU CREATE THE PERFECT LEMON?
On the Pacific coast, begin with an east/west valley. Add a generous helping of 300 days of sun. Sprinkle in a loamy, rich soil. Then add a pinch or two of pure rainwater. Wait, that’s Limoneira Ranch.
YOU’VE GOT TO HAND IT TO LIMONEIRA.
They do everything by hand. To determine ripeness, experienced Harvest Managers cut open lemons and taste them in the fields. Only then are they ready to be harvested by hand. Inside the historic packing house, the lemons are hand-selected for color and ripeness by expert fruit graders. When you’re Limoneira, it’s the only way to do it.

Guests enjoy 1.5 million lemons a year in our restaurants. Delivered 2-3 times a week. Chopped in our kitchen and squeezed fresh onto our salads and pastas in the restaurant. We don’t like lemons, we LOVE them.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE LEMON FEST!!!!! LEMON pasta and Greek Orzo soup soup SHOULD be on everyday, regular menu, since you have so many lemons shipped for restaurant!!!!!
