Celebrate the Flavors of Summer with our July Menu

School’s out and summer’s on! To celebrate the long, warm days of summer, we’ve picked some new salads and soups to feature this July in our all new menu that feature fresh vegetables and . BBQ-inspired breads. You’ll see crunchy carrots and mouth watering oranges throughout our salad bars and buffets!

Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes July Menu

Tossed Salads

  • Avocado BLT Tossed Salad – Iceberg and romaine lettuce topped with sliced red onions, bacon, house-made basil pesto croutons and fresh wedges of Roma tomato & avocado. All tossed in our avocado ranch dressing!

Prepared Salads

  • Picnic Macaroni Salad with Ham – Our take on traditional, All-American, macaroni salad. With macaroni noodles, pieces of smoked ham, carrots, celery, broccoli, black olives, red onions and scallions – all in a flavorful mayo based dressing.
  • Fresh Herb Slaw (VE, GF, VG) – Shredded cabbage, green onions, carrots, fresh basil, mint and cilantro marinated in an Asian-inspired lime, garlic, chili dressing.
  • Ancient Grains Quinoa Blend (VE, GF, VG) – Round out your beautiful custom made salad with quinoa for extra protein and whole grains!


  • Sweet Potato Corn Chowder with Ham – Creamy corn chowder loaded with pieces of sweet potato, red bell pepper, sweet corn, fresh parsley and diced ham.
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup – Mushrooms and celery in a thick and creamy chicken and beef based soup.
  • Seven Vegetable Soup (VE, GF) – Carrots, celery, onions, potato, cauliflower, cabbage and zucchini simmered in a veggie broth and seasoned with garlic, oregano, bay leaf, thyme and fresh basil.
  • Asian Ginger Broth (VG) – Garlic and fresh ginger root infused veggie broth, with a touch of green scallions. Enjoy alone or add tofu, shredded carrots, spinach, mushrooms, wonton strips or any of our other soup bar condiments – to make it your own creation!
  • Broccoli & Potato Chowder (VG) – Blended onion, russet potatoes, broccoli stalks and garlic; finished with black pepper, milk and a scratch-made roux to create a rich and creamy soup. Then we fold in fresh broccoli florets for a extra dose of veggies – utilizing the entire vegetable root to stem.
  • Santa Fe Black Bean Chilli (GF, VE) – Simply delicious (and spicy) – made with black beans, garlic and chili spices, simmered in a tomato based broth.

Hot Bar

  • Four Cheese Alfredo with Fettuccine (VG) – Mouth watering fettuccine pasta coated in our rich and cheesy alfredo sauce and finished with a trio of cheeses and fresh parsley.
  • Garden Fresh Vegetable Marinara with Spaghetti (VG) – Rich marinara sauce filled with tomatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, basil and oregano. Tossed with spaghetti and garnished with our pepper cheese blend.


  • Gluten-Friendly Lemon Muffin (GF, VG) – Sweet and tangy lemon muffins topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
  • BBQ Chicken Focaccia – Our signature focaccia dough is slathered in sweet & tangy BBQ sauce and covered in mozzarella, chicken, red onions and fresh cilantro.


  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (VG) – Our made-from-scratch, fresh-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookie bars will have you asking for more.*
  • Creamy Almond Rice Pudding (GF, VG) – Creamy rice pudding flavored with almond and vanilla with pieces of pineapple and raisins.**
