  1. I have a question. Yesterday I went on your website because I had received an e-mail from you telling me about the $50.00 free shipping and a free meal for me if I did it on the computer. I did that. Now today I receive an e-mail saying you are charging me $5.00 for shipping. I clicked the box for the free mode of transportation for the card. My number is order number 18998. Could you please clarify this for me.

    1. there is no $5.00 shipping fee, the fee should have been removed when your order went through. Please check your checking/ bank statements to see if you were charged an additional $5.00. If for some reason you were, we would be happy to reimburse you.

  3. I would love to send a gift card to my children’s father, but every time i try to purchase one my card is declined. I checked with the bank & the money is there to cover the expense.

  4. This afternoon I tried to take advantage of your free shipping offer for gift cards and the program would not let me finish the purchase of 2 ea. @ $50.00. Possibly because I input it 2 times, emptying the basket once to make an adjustment to the amount of the card?

    I only intend to make the purchase if I have free shipping.

    1. We do have free shipping thru 12/08. Did you receive a confirmation email? If not, the order did not go through. Please try again and you should receve a confirmation when the order is complete and there will be free shipping if your order is placed before Wednesday. December 8.

    Yesterday I ordered a $50 gift card for my son in Florida with one free meal and free shipping. My computer was so slow and I don’t know if my order was process. Can you check my order and let me know if I need to reorder. I would like to reorder today if I need to because today is the last day for free shipping.

    Thanks for checking. I tried to reorder my gift card but your system won’t let me pass the first screen. I clicked on a design picture but the design disappeared as soon as I moved by cursor to click the “add to cart” button and I got this error message “You must select a card design.” The design did not stay in the “Your selected Card!” area. Can you tell me how to correctly select a design so I can move to the next screen?

      We had a glitch in the system yesterday but it was temporary and only for an hour. Were you able to order and have a confirmation go through?

  7. I placed three orders for gift cards on 12/1 and have since received two but not the third one. It’s been more than a week now and I’ve been charged for it on my credit card, so I’d like to speak to someone about the whereabouts of this gift card. I can’t seem to find a number for the department that handles gift card purchases.

  10. I completed the gift card on-line forms. The “billing address” was mine in San Diego, and the “shipping address” was my son’s and his wife’s in Gardner, Kansas. Then I left the information on my computer for and hour or two. I came back to the computer and the page was still up. I then put my VISA card information in the last form. I never received an order number, nor any confirmation of the order. Was my order completed? Was my credit card billed for the order of 2, $50 gift cards, plus $5 shipping fee? Please send a reply to my e-mail. I will be looking for your reply. Thank you.
