Houston, We Hear Your Refresh Experience!
People like to look and feel good, right? But how does a restaurant that “looks” and “feels” good appeal to guests? At Garden Fresh, operators of Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation restaurants, we know that a place that looks and feels “fresh” make guests feel more at home and comfortable.
This knowledge has led the company to “refresh” restaurants so guests can “Discover Fresh” on each and every visit. Thus, the company has turned its attention to Houston to “refresh” its four restaurants there. Restaurants in Southern California and Nevada have already been refreshed and Houston is the latest market to get the makeover.
Ken Devine, a general manager of one of those Houston restaurants, is already experiencing the benefits of the “refresh” in his store, which, along with the other three Houston locations, will be completely “refreshed” in March 2016.
“Our refresh is looking great with consistent, positive feedback from guests. They are attracted to the warm and comfortable, yet upscale feel to our concept,” Ken says. “Guests are enjoying the new colors and décor and find it to be soothing. We get many ‘it feels like a farmer’s market comments from our guests as well,” Ken adds.
While the positive look and feel comments are great to hear, Ken and his fellow Houston general managers and crew continue to focus on offering, fresh, wholesome food.
“Our refresh raises the bar on our facilities to match the high quality of the food we proudly serve Houstonians and all our guests each and every day. Now, we’re focusing on educating the local communities on our concept and unique offerings.”
Houstonians, have you seen the refresh in your restaurant? How was it?
