When you visit a Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurant, you’re greeted by endless choices at our salad bar of fresh produce and buffet of soups, pastas, focaccias, and desserts. These limitless options can be a little overwhelming to navigate if you’re trying to stick to a healthy eating plan.
Thankfully, we’re excited to announce the new 700 Our Way, a collection of recipes using a combination of items you can find at our restaurants for a meal that’s 700 calories or less. These meal cards are a great tool for our guests who are eating out with health goals in mind.
These meals aren’t just about counting calories. Our philosophy at Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes is that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. We’ve crafted these 700 calorie meals to follow a criteria that includes:
- At least three out of the five major food groups
- 10% or less calories from saturated fat
- 0 grams of trans-fat
- At least 5 grams of fiber
- 700 calories or less
These new recipe cards make it easy to follow a balanced diet so you can enjoy our delicious menu items, while still meeting your health goals.
Our current 700 calorie menu collection has a vegetarian, Mediterranean, and gluten-friendly option as printable recipe cards that you can use to craft your meal at a Souplantation or Sweet Tomatoes restaurant.
