Kick Off 2020 With Our January Menu

2020 is here and it is time for New Year’s resolutions and a commitment to healthy eating. If you’re ready to up your nutritional game, the Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes January menu will keep you on target! Whether you enjoy the colorful, fresh salad bar or one of our savory prepared meals, you’ll love what we have in store this month.

Souplanataion & Sweet Tomatoes January Menu

January’s Souplanation/Sweet Tomatoes Menu is full of seasonal favorites. Visit any of our convenient restaurants to try these tasty new dishes:

Tossed Salad

  • Sweet Kale Chicken Salad (GF): Crisp romaine lettuce, kale, broccoli stalk, red cabbage, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, Feta cheese & seasoned chicken breast tossed together with a scratch-made lemon poppy seed dressing.

Prepared Salads

  • Texas Slaw (VG, GF): Shredded green cabbage, sweet corn, red onion, bell peppers, cilantro and cheddar cheese tossed in a jalapeno-lime buttermilk ranch dressing 
  • Superfood Crunch Slaw  (GF & VG): Shredded brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage tossed with sweet dried cranberries, salty Feta cheese and crunchy sunflower seeds. Marinated in an apple cider based vinaigrette with lemon juice, garlic and Dijon mustard.


  • Broccoli Cheese Soup (VG): Broccoli, onions, and celery simmered in a creamy cheese sauce; seasoned with a hint of parsley, ground nutmeg, and a blend of paprika, cayenne and black pepper.
  • Asian Ginger Broth (GF, VE & VG): Garlic and fresh ginger root infused vegan broth, with a touch of green scallions. Enjoy alone or add tofu, green onions or mushrooms – to make it your own creation!
  • Seven Vegetable Soup (GF, VE & VG): Carrots, celery, onions, potato, cauliflower, cabbage and zucchini simmered in a vegan broth and seasoned with garlic, oregano, bay leaf, thyme and fresh basil.
  • Continental Lentil Soup (GF, VE & VG): Hearty green lentils slow cooked with onion, celery, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, basil and bay leaves in a rich vegan broth.
  • Classical Minestrone Soup (VE & VG): Green cabbage, carrots, onion, leeks, celery, Roma tomatoes, zucchini, Russet potatoes, cannellini beans, garbanzo beans & pasta. Seasoned with a blend of basil, Italian parsley, ground celery seed, white pepper, paprika, thyme, marjoram and red pepper flakes.

Hot Bar

  • Broccoli Alfredo Pasta (VG): Fresh broccoli tossed in penne pasta coated in a rich, savory, alfredo cheese sauce.
  • Garden Fresh Vegetable Marinara with Pasta (VE & VG): Hearty marinara sauce made with tomatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, basil, rosemary, oregano & thyme and tossed with penne pasta.


  • Banana Nut Muffin (VG): Sweet banana bread muffins made with fresh banana slices and walnuts, baked until golden brown.
  • Gluten Friendly Coconut Muffin (GF & VG): Warm and fluffy muffins bursting with sweet coconut flavor!


  • Blueberry Crumb Cake (VG)*: Decadent coffee cake, filled with tart blueberries and topped with a cinnamon crumb topping. Finished with a drizzle of cream cheese frosting – for the perfect sweet treat to end your meal!
