The holiday season is here and it’s time to celebrate. Get a head start on some of your New Year’s resolutions with a few healthy restaurant options from Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes. Choose from our delicious classic minestrone at the soup station or the light and flavorful pear and walnut chicken salad from the salad bar. You can satisfy your hunger without sabotaging your health goals.

Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes December Menu

December’s Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes menu is full of the season’s best fruits, vegetables, meats and herbs and spices that are artfully put together in some of our most popular dishes. Visit one of our convenient restaurants to experience these dishes for yourself:

Tossed Salad

  • Pear and Walnut Chicken Salad (GF): Romaine lettuce tossed with crumbled blue cheese, candied walnuts, chicken, pears, and a made-from-scratch maple honey vinaigrette.

Prepared Salads

  • Fresh Herb Slaw (GF, VE, VG): Shredded cabbage, green onions, carrots, fresh basil, mint and cilantro marinated in an Asian-inspired dressing.
  • Italian Orzo Pasta Salad (VG): Orzo pasta, fresh yellow squash, Roma tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, basil and red onions tossed with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing.


  • Cheesy Corn Chowder (VG): Creamy corn soup with onions, potatoes, cheese, black pepper and turmeric.
  • Roasted Turkey & Cranberry Soup: Oven roasted turkey simmered in a creamy broth made with traditional holiday flavors like carrots, celery, onions, garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram and dried cranberries.
  • Chicken & Rice Soup: Chicken breast, carrots, celery, onions and long grain rice slow cooked in rich chicken broth and seasoned with thyme, white pepper and bay leaves.
  • Famously French Onion Soup (GF): Caramelized onions simmered in a rich beef broth, with a hint of sherry and thyme. Try topping this soup with our homemade garlic Parmesan croutons & Asiago cheese for an authentic French Onion experience!
  • Classical Minestrone Soup (VE, VG): Green cabbage, carrots, onion, leeks, celery, Roma tomatoes, zucchini, Russet potatoes, cannellini beans, garbanzo beans & pasta. Seasoned with a blend of basil, Italian parsley, ground celery seed, white pepper, paprika, thyme, marjoram and red pepper flakes.

  • Creamy Mushroom With Rosemary Alfredo & Pasta (VG): Freshly cooked pasta in a creamy mushroom & rosemary alfredo sauce.


  • Gluten Friendly Snickerdoodle Muffin (GF, VG): Warm and fluffy vanilla muffins topped with cinnamon sugar and baked until golden brown.
  • Pepperoni Focaccia: Savory pepperoni and four cheeses on our signature focaccia dough.
