May your Month be Full of Flavors like Cilantro, Lime, and Tortillas!

Join us in May as we celebrate Mexican inspired dishes throughout the month!

Enjoy the tossed and prepared salads such as the Baja Bean & Cilantro, Pepper Verde Potato Salad, and Chipotle, Lime & Cilantro Quinoa. Zesty Turkey Taco Salad and Build-Your-Own Tostada (dinner only) will be offered at participating locations.

Our Posole Soup is made with pork and hominy which is a dried corn soaked in a mineral lime bath. Also on the menu are other soups, including  the Albondigas Locas Soup and the Chicken Jalapeno Tortilla Soup. Try the Tomatillo Focaccia made with our made-from-scratch tomatillo sauce.

Our pastas include Mike’s Nacho with orecchiette pasta and Creamy Cilantro Lime Pesto. To add a big crunch to your meal, enjoy the Tostadas and Chips & Salsa de Lupe.

Look forward to the sweet desserts! The Horchata muffin is delicious with a hint of coconut flavor. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Dulce de Leche Soft Serve May 5th to the 8th and the Flan Fiesta Cake will be served during dinner only from May 26-31. The refreshing Horchata is a Mexican classic drink made with rice, cinnamon, and vanilla.
