Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation work closely with growers like Church Brothers Farms to ensure guests are only getting the freshest, high-quality vegetables available. “Cut to cool” (the time the product is cut in the field to the time it is cooled) monitoring is one of Church Brothers Farms Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that ensures freshness and shelf life of the product.
