SOUPLANTATION UNVEILS NEW LOOK IN CHINO HILLS, CA

(July 10, 2014) Chino Hills, CA – Souplantation is celebrating a fresh new look with a grand opening celebration here today. Marking the company’s first new opening in the nation to feature a bright, contemporary new design spotlighting the fresh, wholesome, made-from-scratch foods Souplantation is known for, the event includes a contest with the winner dining free for a year. The 6,200-square feet restaurant, located in “The Commons at Chino Hills” seats about 200 guests while showcasing Souplantation’s incredible 40+ feet of farm-fresh vegetables, tossed salads, made-from-scratch soups and hand-crafted muffins, focaccia, breads and desserts.

“We’re thrilled to unveil our latest and greatest restaurant for our new friends in Chino Hills. Building this store from the ground up has allowed us to create the perfect experience for our guests as they choose from an unbelievable selection of fresh salad creations, baked goods, deserts and soups,” said John Morberg, CEO of Souplantation parent Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. “We look forward to incorporating elements of this fresh new design to other Souplantations in Southern California, and eventually to Sweet Tomatoes across the nation.”

To celebrate the Grand Opening, neighbors, fans and members of the Chino Hills community are invited to a daylong celebration. The first 50 customers to enter the restaurant will receive a special Souplantation gift bag, with one lucky guest winning the grand prize: free Souplantation meals for an entire year. Giving back to their new community, Souplantation will also host a 20 percent fundraiser for the local YMCA during the Grand Opening. Also on tap for the grand opening: live music and a custom photo booth.
