TRACKING YOUR FOOD + MORE

The #1 New Years Resolution is weight loss and eating healthy. I started mine a little early by downloading an app in December to my phone called My Fitness Pal. After a few days, I thought MY Fitness Pal was My Fitness Enemy! I was logging everything I was eating and realizing I snack a lot more than I should AND my snacks add up to a lot of calories that I never noticed.

It’s been a few weeks now and I have been better about my snacking and adding more fruits and veggies as snacks, because they have low calories.  There are many apps and websites to keep track of your eating habits. Below are a few that are great for your smart phone or online. If you aren’t ready to commit yet, just try to write down everything you eat for one day and see if you feel good about your food choices.
